This calculator estimates the individualized treatment effect of intravascular imaging (IVI)–guided PCI compared with angiography-guided PCI.

For a given patient, this tool predicts the expected increase in post-procedural minimum lumen diameter (MLD) when IVI-guided PCI is used instead of angiography-guided PCI (referred to as the post-PCI MLD benefit).
